Pay-for-Performance Fees

| $7.00 | Email Availability Request - A direct inquiry via TripHomes™' secure, online webform from one traveler to one lister about a specific property |
| $10.00 | Phone Inquiry - A direct phonecall from one traveler to one lister about a specific property |
| $50.00 | Online Reservation - An online reservation made by a traveler on TripHomes™ in which the payment is processed and the reservation is confirmed by the lister. (Available only to customers of Instant Software Enabled Customers) |
Credit Policy
TripHomes™ charges which may be eligible for credits include inquiries placed by travelers in bad faith. Online reservations will not be eligible for credits.
Listers who wish to request a credit must complete the Credit Request Form within 45 days of the inquiry in question. A TripHomes™ billing representative will review and process the request within 10 days of its receipt. If approved, the credit will appear on the next applicable monthly statement.
