Payments may be made by credit card, money order or bank check only. No Personal Checks will be accepted on any reservation.
Any and all credit cards used for the reservation must be presented upon check in for imprint and signatures.
Deposits
For stays booked more than 30 days prior to arrival: 50% of the base rent, the Cancellation Protection fee, and the booking fee is due within five days of making the reservation. The balance of rent, tax, service fee, and any other add on items are due 30 days before the date of arrival. Final payment is automatically charged on the same...
