2 Story Beach House, 3 Bedroom, 2.5 baths, master bedroom with large bath and whirlpool tub/shower downstairs has a king bed, upstairs are 2 bedrooms one with 2 full size bunk beds, and one bedroom with queen bed, a sofa sleeper & twin sleeper in living area on main floor. View the water from the upstairs deck off bedroom or sit on the covered patio downstairs and listen to the waves roll in! This home has a wonderful kitchen and dinning area for large families.
3 night minimum on all major holidays
Rates are subject to change, 13% taxes and processing fee.
To book your reservation a 1 night deposit is required at the time of booking, with the final balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If booking within the 30 days payment in full is due at the time of booking.
Cancellations made within 91 days or more are subject to a full refund minus a $ 25.00 cancellation fee. Turnday: Any. Amenities: 1/2 bathroom.

3. Many of our Properties have BBQ pits. Please be sure it is emptied of all coals and both the grill and the utensils used are clean and in the proper place.
4. Many of our properties have occupancy limits. Be sure that you are aware of these limits. If you have more than the allowed occupancy limits staying in the rental property you will be asked to leave without any refund.
