This brand new house is just across the street from one pool and a short stroll from another. Located on a pond it's just a four minute walk to the private boardwalk over the dunes to the 16 mile long Port Aransas beach.
The house sleeps up to eight people. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor, one with twin beds and the other with a queen bed, each have their own bathrooms and share an outside shower and porch overlooking the back yard pond. The spacious master bedroom on the second floor offers a king size bed and private deck, walk in closet, two sink bathroom with an oversized double shower. The bright and elegantly decorated great room includes a full kitchen, dining area and stunning living room with two additional decks. All bedrooms have televisions with DVD players and overhead fans. A queen sized pull out couch in the living room, two car garage, stereo, vcr player, barbecue grill and washer dryer are among the amenities.

3. Many of our Properties have BBQ pits. Please be sure it is emptied of all coals and both the grill and the utensils used are clean and in the proper place.
4. Many of our properties have occupancy limits. Be sure that you are aware of these limits. If you have more than the allowed occupancy limits staying in the rental property you will be asked to leave without any refund.
