A minimal deposit of $150.00 is required to confirm and hold a reservation. Any deposit is fully refundable, except for a $75 administrative fee, if notification of the cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to the arrival date. If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival, a refund will only be issued if we are able to re-rent the home to another party for that same time period. If vacation travel insurance is purchased at the time of making the reservation, the cancellation must be received at least 2 days prior to arrival date to receive a full refund, less the $75 administrative fee and all travel insurance fees.
