This second-floor unit is located across Shore Drive from the ocean and poses a short walk to the beach. Overlooking the play area at Pelican's Landing, the unit sleeps up to 8 comfortably with 2 double beds, 2 twin beds, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. You will find 3 TV sets and a DVD player in this unit. (Sorry, no monthly renters in October, no smoking and no pets please.)

The community also maintains a kiddie pool, outdoor showers, a barbecue grill area, and elevators for easy access to upper floors.
