CLEANING AND LINEN PROCEDURES - Weekly rentals include linens on arrival and cleanup on departure. 3 night linen rental is: 2 bedroom $45, 3 bedroom $55, 4 bedroom $65. Departure cleaning is included in 3 night minimum. This is a one-time supply. You will be responsible for maintaining the linen during your visit. Cleaning is provided on departure only. Mid-week maid service is available for an additional charge.
DEPOSIT POLICY - A deposit (1/2 of rental) and a $35 reservation fee will be charged to your credit card when your reservation is confirmed. Deposits secure your condo for the day of arrival only. In the event you are delayed, please notify our office or your reservation will be cancel...
