ResortQuest presents...Just a short walk to the beach is a key feature of this beautiful 3 bedroom with sleeping loft home. The home has all new furniture and appointments. The master bedroom is downstairs. It has a king bed, private bath, TV and VCR. The second and third bedrooms are also downstairs. One has a king size bed and the other has a queen size bed. They share a bathroom which has separate entrances. This spacious sleeping loft is accessed by a spiral staircase which has 2 doubles beds. There is a large screened porch and a wood burning fireplace in the living room. There is also a brand new heatable swimming pool with a spa. *Guests pay a surcharge if they heat the pool. Turnday: Saturday. Amenities: Pool (Private)*, Grill, Court Yard View, Gold, Free Tennis, Walk to Beach.

Final deposit - 30 days prior to arrival for villas and 60 days prior to arrival for homes
Remaining rental balance
- Damage waiver fee and tax
- All other taxes
