On the first floor you'll find an open kitchen, dining room and living room. Nearby to the kitchen is a den that opens to a screened porch. Both the main living room and the den are equipped with TV's for everyone's enjoyment. The screened porch looks over the pool area that is equipped with a grilling area and plenty of lounge chairs and patio table set. Also located on this 1st floor is a master bedroom that has a private en-suite bathroom. You can also access this bathroom from the kitchen area. On the 2nd floor there is the 2nd master bedroom with king bed and private bath. The 2nd bedroom on this floor is a guest room with bath and is furnished with 2 twin beds. This is a perfect home for 2 families. This home is a 5 minute walk to the ocean. FREE Tennis at the South Beach Racquet Club. 3 BR, 3 BA, 2Kings, 2Twins, Queen Sleeper. Sleeps 8. Special Note: The two bedrooms with king bedding have showers only and guest room with 2 twins has shower/tub combination. * Pool can be heated at an additional charge.
