Amenities include central heating & air conditioning, washer & dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, 2 color TVs (1 in downstairs master suite), 2 VCRs, video & book libraries, Sony stereo system with 3-disk CD changer, telephone, fireplace, 5 ceiling fans and a clean water filtration system at the kitchen sink. Beach equipment is also provided. Additional amenities include an open sundeck, deck furniture, BBQ grill, and an enclosed outside shower. There is very easy access at the end of the street to a jogging and bike trail, which runs the length of Southern Shores and Duck Village. Thirteenth Ave is one of the only streets in Southern Shores with a stoplight, which makes getting onto the beach road easier.
