It will need to be signed and returned along with the advance rent payment of one half the base rent and travel insurance within seven (7) days or the reservation will automatically be cancelled. The full balance of your rent, security deposit or damage waiver fee, taxes and any applicable fees is due thirty (30) days prior to check-in. You may pay this balance by personal check, money order, cashiers check, or Visa/Mastercard (with additional fee). Personal checks will not be accepted if there is less than thirty (30) days prior to your arrival.
