Great amenities include 14x32 large private pool & hot tub, spacious living area with gas fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen upstairs, plus a Tiki Bar with a mahogany countertop along with a kitchenette in the downstairs recreation room area for easy access to refreshments while enjoying the pool, hot tub or pool table. This home features central air conditioning, washer & dryer, dishwasher, microwave, telephone, ceiling fans, a gas fireplace (off season only), carpet, Italian tile & hardwood floors, double headed showers in 2 bathrooms, four TVs, two VCRs and two DVDs. There is a recreation room with a 32" TV & surround sound. A Sun deck with deck furniture, a 10x45 patio around the pool, a BBQ and a pack n play crib. This vacation rental is very close to the beach access-only 700 ft and with-in walking distance to shops & restaurants. PETS PERMITTED with a dog run available. Saturday Turnover.
