Panoramic views from two spacious great rooms, bedrooms have private deck access with deck furniture. A gourmet kitchen (upgraded in 2006) with a commercial icemaker is available. Additional amenities offered are a large gas grill, basketball goal, baby equipment-2 cribs, booster seat, 2 highchairs, playpen, 2 baby gates, baby jogger, toys, games, reading library, childrens video library, beach chairs, a beach wagon, crabbing gear, central heating & air conditioning, 3 color TVs, 3 VCRs, 3 DVD, Stereo/CD/Tape, ceiling fans, dishwasher, microwave, washer & dryer and a telephone. Located in the private neighborhood of Tuckahoe, this subdivision offers beach access/parking, community pool, tennis court & pier with gazebo/seating/steps for wading in sound.
