Main house has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 kings, bunkbeds, double futon, oceanfront living room, and deck with porch furniture, kitchen, TV, VCR, and/or DVD in most rooms, stereo, CD, playstation 2, highchair, port-a-crib, 2 baby gates, washer and dryer, wonderful view and just steps from the beach. Mother-in-law suite with kitchen, washer and dryer, TV and VCR in most rooms, extra refrigerator, 1 bedroom, with queen, den with sleeper sofa, queen sleeper in living room. Perfect house for a 2 family vacation. Rate includes linens and departure cleaning. Large oceanfront hot tub, charcoal grill. Pet-friendly cottage- $100 non-refundable fee per pet - 30 lbs. weight limit maximum. This is a non-smoking cottage. New for 2006- private swimming pool with 3 foot shallow end and 6-1/2 foot deep end (14 x 30). Pool can be heated for an additional $300. Call for nightly rates.
