Reservation availability/requests may be made any time via email. The home is rented in weekly segments, arriving on Saturday after 4PM, and departing the following Saturday by 10 AM. Partial weeks/weekends may be available. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The total balance and a $500 security deposit are due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations/refunds are not possible unless we are able to rent the house to another party during your reserved time period. Your security deposit will be happily refunded in10 business days, pending house and property inspection, inventory, lease compliance and prompt departure.
