Brief Description:This spacious home is located about halfway down the Paradise Valley, between Livingston and Yellowstone National Park. Gorgeous views, and just minutes from the Yellowstone River!

Bedrooms and baths: This home has five bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. On the main level of the home is the master bedroom with king size bed, private bath and TV. There is one more bedroom with queen size bed and private bath. Off of the great room area is an additional half bathroom. Downstairs, you will find three more bedrooms. One has a queen size bed. Another is set up with a double size bed plus two bunk beds. There is a TV with a VCR in this room. The third is set up with four bunk beds - that are double beds on the bottom and single beds up above. One full bathroom is shared by these three bedrooms. In addition, the family room futon can serve as a sleeping area if needed. The home can accommodate up to fourteen guests.

Kitchen: This fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need to cook up some good meals for the crew. In additional to all the cookware and serving ware you will need, there is a good spice cabinet and a gas grill outside for barbecues.

Dining area: The dining area adjoins the kitchen with a table that will seat up to eight comfortably. Overflow can seat themselves in the adjoining living room, or out on the deck.

Living room: The living room has comfy furniture situated around the gorgeous gas rock fireplace. Doors lead out to the deck as well. Or, if your group needs some more room, there is a family room on the lower level. The lower level family room has seating around the television area, gym equipment and a Stairmaster, plus some tables for playing games.The TV has satellite,and a DVD/VCR.

Setting, acreage, views: Paradise Retreat is on five hillside acres above the Paradise Valley. There are a few neighbors within sight, but the home enjoys unobstructed views of nearly the entire valley, and the rugged Absaroka Mountains as well.

Services available: The rental rate includes a weekly cleaning. Additional housekeeping, as well as catering services, and grocery shopping, can be arranged with a bit of prior notice.

Activities nearby: Besides hiking and mountain biking on nearby trails, there is fishing on the Yellowstone River just minutes away, horseback riding, rafting, golf, tours of Yellowstone National Park, and everything that the towns of Livingston and Bozeman have to offer.

Closest town and airport: It's about one hour to Bozeman's Gallatin Field airport. Livingston and Gardiner are both about 30 minutes from the home.

Other details: There is a telephone at the home for guests to use for local calls. No smoking is allowed in the home. No pets are allowed on the property or in the home without prior written approval from Mountain Home. The home has a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The home has central air conditioning. All Mountain Home properties have fully equipped kitchens, and include good quality kitchen, bath and bed linens, and staples like paper goods, laundry, dish and hand soaps.
