The deposit is calculated at Fourteen Hundred dollare, or $ 1400.00 and may be used by Cathead Bay Vacation Properties for actual property damage, long distance phone calls, or other expenses caused by Renter. Security deposit funds returned will be less any allowable deductions. Clients may satisfy the security deposit requirement by endorsing a Credit Card Authorization that allows Cathead Bay Vacation Properties to charge in the event of any damages.
