(“Owner”), the owner of two guest cottages located at 7472 Argonaut Trail (“the Front Cottage”) and 7465 Argonaut Trail (“the Rear Cottage”), Indian River, Michigan (sometimes referred to herein as the “Property”), and _______________________ (“Renter”).
Renter wishes to rent one or both Cottages as indicated in Paragraph 18 below, for the rental fee and for the period described therein. Owner agrees to rent the Cottage(s) to Renter under the following terms and conditions:
1. Unless otherwise indicated in Paragraph 18, check-in time is 3:30 PM on Friday and check-out time is 9:00 AM on Friday.
2. The reservation is limited to the number of adults and children noted in Paragraph 18. The maximum sleeping cap...
