4xT, 1 trundle bed that turns into a king size bed, 1xFSs. ***PET FRIENDLY***Enjoy this centrally located home that is only a few minutes drive to the ocean or the bay. There is TV/DVD in the living room as well as a TV in the dining room. There is a very well stocked kitchen. The washer and dryer is conveniently located on the 1st floor. There are two bedrooms, both with two twin beds in each. The den has a twin trundle bed that turns into a king size bed. The den also has an A/C unit. Enjoy a nice BBQ on the charcoal grill. NO SMOKING! NOTE: LINENS (SHEETS/TOWELS) ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THIS RENTAL. Please read our Policies and Procedures about additional fees. Turnday: Any. Payments
After making a reservation a lease agreement will be mailed to you. The signed lease along with a 50% deposit plus a processing fee of $95 is due within 10 days after your reservation is made. You can pay by personal check, money order or by the credit card you used at time of booking. The remaining 50% of rental amount is due by May 1st. If paying by check, please have it in our office by May 1st. If using a credit card, please call our office by May 1st to authorize payment. Reservations made after May 1st will require full payment at time of reservation on a MasterCard or Visa.
