Payments
After making a reservation a lease agreement will be mailed to you. The
signed lease along with a 50% deposit plus a processing fee of $50.00 and a
cleaning fee of $125.00 is due within 10 days after your reservation is
made. You can pay by personal check, money order or by the credit card you
used at time of booking. The remaining 50% of rental amount is due by May
1st. If paying by check, please have it in our office by May 1st. If using a
credit card, please call our office by May 1st to authorize payment.
Reservations made after May 1st will require full payment at time of
reservation on a MasterCard or Visa. There is a $45.00 fee to change your
reservation, after receiving your signed contract back in the office.
