In addition to dining on the open deck, this cottage includes a picnic table and gas grill for outside eating and cooking. House includes washer, dryer, dishwasher, and lower level has its own kitchen, family room, bath and bedroom with walkout to the yard. Great spot for families or couples traveling together-each can have their own space.
Rent a kayak or canoe and paddle around the lake; boat access to nearby Wilson Pond as well. Monmouth Theatre is close by for evening entertainment. Augusta (the State Capitol) is only 16 miles away with museums and shopping. In the winter consider Duck Inn as a getaway for skiing at a nearby ski area. Besides the skiing there will be skating on the pond and ice fishing. Picture yourself relaxing after a day of skiing and watching the skaters and ice fishermen on the lake from the comfort of your living room - or join in the fun.

We are closed on Easter, Thanksgiving, and for a week between Christmas and New Years Day. All reservations are subject to a 7% Maine Lodging tax and a credit card hold for a cleaning deposit.
Payment Schedule
Those who make pre-reservations prior to the New Year have the choice of making payments in three installments. The first of the three payments is due by January 1st in the amount of 25%. The second installment is 50% due by January 31st. The third and final payment is the balance due, or 50%, by March 31st. Those who choose to pay in installments will be charged a $25 reservat...
