Vacation in a cottage steeped in local history. This cottage in its early life was the area General Store. In a later life it was known as Juniper Lodge. While this cottage has most modern amenities, such as indoor plumbing, washer, dryer, dishwasher, and TV, it still retains the open-stud wall and bead boarding that was popular at the time it was built. This cottage has fostered and encouraged writers, artists and musicians.
Rock on the covered front porch or walk to the Association beach, dock/float or tennis courts which you may use for a fee. You are close to town and only a short walk down the street brings you to the Aquarium. Enjoy a small view of the ocean from the living room, enclosed porch or third floor bedroom.

Our office is open year-around. Office hours: October through May: Monday through Friday 9 am to 4pm; June through September: Monday through Saturday 9 am to 5 pm. We are closed on Easter, Thanksgiving, and for a week between Christmas and New Years Day. All reservations are subject to a 7% Maine Lodging tax and a credit card hold for a cleaning deposit.
Payment Schedule
Those who make pre-reservations prior to the New Year have the choice of making payments in three installments. The first of the three payments is due by January 1st in the amount of 25%. The second installment is 50% due by January 31st. The third and final payment is the balance due, or 50%, by March 31st. Those who choose to pay in installments will be charged a $25 reservat...
