The Deposit will be refunded to you approximately 30 days after your departure.
Cancellations require a 60 day notice for full Deposit refund, less a cancellation fee of $75.00. If less than 60 days notice is given, the Deposit will be refunded only if the unit can be rented during the same time you reserved.
The KEYS may be picked up at our office during business hours.
If you arrive after 5:00 p.m., or on the weekends, other arrangements will be made.
