The 1120 square feet Kapili Suite boasts dramatic ocean views and high ceilings. An excellent choice for your family or just the two of you. Located just 400 yards as the Pueo flies ( Hawaiian owl ), from Turtle Cove Suites in the exclusive Poipu Kapili resort. The privacy and tranquility of this retreat has enchanted us for 25 years and we are proud to include this Suite in our family. Situated ocean front on five manicured acres complete with swimming pool and two tennis courts.
Living Area — Views surround you in the living / dining area of the suite with large overstuffed furniture to welcome you. A fold out queen size bed is provided for guests.
Kitchen — The full kitchen enables the chef to be involved with their guests and offering dramatic ocean views from the work station.
Amenities — The suite is equipped with wireless high speed internet service. There is a DVD player in the living room along with a stereo. There are two full bathrooms in the suite with hair dryers. There is a washer / dryer in the suite along with an iron and ironing board. Beach towels and chairs are provided along with tennis rackets and balls. DVD’s can be borrowed at the front desk if you provide a credit card, in the event they are not returned.
Bedroom — The separate bedroom has a king-size bed with a carved wooden headboard, and a beautiful writing desk. An entertainment armoire houses a 27” color TV with DVD player. The bathroom has a large tiled shower and decorator inlaid tile floors.

A deposit of 50% of the rent for your stay will be required to confirm your reservations.
A damage deposit, of $250 per short term rental (less that 30 days), or $1000. Per long term rental (30 days or longer) will be taken two weeks prior to your arrival. It is separate from the rent, and will be refunded to you by mail (less any fees described below) 45-60 days after you leave. If, upon check-out, no damage is noted, we will endeavor to return your deposit balance within 14 days.
Deducted from the deposit will be cleaning and/or housekeeping charges for extra cleaning services, and the cost to repair any damage that is more than normal wear and tear. A major credit card is also required as security, in the event that the security deposit is no...
