We require a minimum 7 night stay for the following holiday periods: President's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and the Christmas / New Years period. For our Kona Coast condos, Ironman week also has a 7 night stay requirement.
Security Deposit: Security deposit is $250 for all properties with the exception of Kolea which is $750. This security deposit is 100% refundable as long as you leave the condo in the condition you found it in. This deposit is held as a security against any damage, theft or abuse to the unit or other charges to the unit, i.e. extra cleaning $35/hr, lost key $20/per, extra laundry $15/load + tax.
