Security Deposit: Security deposit is $250 for all properties with the exception of Kolea which is $750. This security deposit is 100% refundable as long as you leave the condo in the condition you found it in. This deposit is held as a security against any damage, theft or abuse to the unit or other charges to the unit, i.e. extra cleaning $35/hr, lost key $20/per, extra laundry $15/load + tax.
