Upon receipt of a complete reservation request with valid credit card number, we will hold the dates you requested for up to 7 days with a $750. refundable deposit, while awaiting confirmation of travel itinerary. If the required deposit is not received, the reservation will be cancelled and the room will be released. Please see below for further information on deposits.
There is a $50. reservation fee for each of our properties. This fee, along with the Administrative fee are not refundable in case of cancellation
For reservations during high season or low season, payment in full must be received no later than 90 days before the date of arrival. Reservations will be cancelled and the room will be released if payment in full is not received at least 90...
