The Sands of Kahana is a deluxe beachfront condominium property locacted on Kahana Beach, midway between the world famous Kaanapali and Kapalua resorts. One, two, and three bedroom units are available, all with private lanais. Views are oceanfront, ocean view, or value view. All units feature color cable TV/VCR, full size/fully equipped kitchens, washer/dryer, ceiling fans, free parking, and more.
Step outside on you lanai and enjoy incredible views of the islands of Lanai and Molokai by day, and spectacular sunsets by night. The owners and managers at the Sands of Kahana have taken special care to make sure that your vacation here is as enjoyable an experience as possible for your entire family.
A beautiful sandy beach perfect for swimming, a large swimming pool overlooking the ocean, a large children's wading pool, three lighted tennis courts, basketball, four gas grill areas with ample counter space, sand volleyball court, kayak, surfboard, and boogie board rentals at the beach shack, pool side restaurant with live entertainment most evenings.
World class dining and abundant shopping can be found all along West Maui's 10 mile stretch of coastline. You'll find over 30 fine art galleries hosting our local artisans, as well as weekend craft fairs at the Banyan Tree and Civic Center. Don't miss our many museums and historical sites around town.

A three night deposit is due on each reservation. Final payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. Final payment is due 60 days prior to your 12/15 – 1/15 arrival dates. Sullivan Properties retains any interest earned in on all Client Trust Deposit accounts.
