Experience true Hawaii at our private retreat situated on the sunny side of the Big ISland in Kona. Only 15 minutes to Kona town, with a wonderful 180 degree view of Kona, sunsets, ocean and sunrise.
The home is in good shape and there is no earthquake damage here!
The home features two custom swimming pools, one 3.5' deep for children and an adult pool which is approxl 7.5' deep. Both pools are surrounded iwth lava stones and waterfalls. There is also a hot tub surrounded with intoxicating aromatic Angel Trumpet trees.
There are 3 bedrooms on the upper level of the home, a large master bedroom with pillow top king 4 poster bed, oval jetted tub and private deck. The two other bedrooms have queen 4 poster beds with pillow top mattresses - one has a private deck. All bedrooms have TV/cable.
On the main level there are 2 bedrooms, one with king pillowtop Tommy Bahama bed and a pillowtop queen in the other bedroom. These bedrooms share a full bath.
There is also a room with sofa that makes into a double bed with view to ocean.
The living room has comfortable tropical sea grass furniture, formal dining room with seating for 12. For evening entertainment, there is a pool table in front of the gas fireplace made with floor to ceiling Lapohepohe lava.
The home is very private, situated on 5 acres in the coffee belt of Kona, Holualoa, The home has a long driveway and a seasonal gully you cross so you are away from the street (which is a small private subdivision of only 40 homes all situated on 5 or more acres. The only sounds you hear are the birds.
