Deposit to hold reservation is due by return mail (14 days maximum), if you do not pay by credit card. Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival (90 days for reservations with dates between December 20 and March 1). Maximum occupancy limits strictly enforced.
If you elect to pay by credit card, you need not include the security deposit shown on the reservation form with your final payment. However, you hereby authorize Prosser Realty to charge your credit card on file for costs for missing inventory, damage to the unit, unreturned keys, cleaning fees beyond our normal charges, and long distance fees, if any.
Cancellation/Security Deposits/Forfeiture Fees
Less than 90-day (120-day for reservations between 12/20 and 3/1) notice of cancellation will forfeit security deposit.
