Reservations: A valid credit card is required for all reservations. For payment, we accept cash, personal check, American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. There will be a $30 surcharge on all returned checks.

Deposits, Payments, & Cancellations: Daily & Weekly Reservations: A deposit of 50% of the base rental amount, not including taxes and fees, is required to secure a reservation. The remaining balance owed will be collected 60-days prior to arrival. Reservations made within 60-days of arrival date require payment in full at time of booking. Deposits will be refunded, less a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the base rental amount, when notice is given more than 60-days prior to arrival.
