Also on the top floor is a spacious master suite with claw foot tub and walk-in tiled shower. A spiral stair case off the living room leads to a fitness area and guest room with full bath. The main house features a wrap-around porch with ample seating area and a partial ocean view.
Situated between the main house and the pool house is a large lawn, gorgeous swimming pool, and outdoor kitchen.
The pool house, which is included with the rental of the main house, features two additional bedrooms and one bath. The spacious top floor bedroom features two Queen size beds, and a Twin Trundle. The first floor offers a living area with a large flat screen television and pool table, as well as a small hidden bedroom.
The main house may occasionally be available for rent separately, please inquire.
Though this home is ideal for entertaining, gatherings of more than 14 are strictly prohibited. Please enjoy the numerous porches, large living areas, and fabulous back-yard with your family only! This home does not offer phone service. A cell phone is required for calls.

Reservations: A valid credit card is required for all reservations. For payment, we accept cash, personal check, American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. There will be a $30 surcharge on all returned checks.
Deposits, Payments, & Cancellations: Daily & Weekly Reservations: A deposit of 50% of the base rental amount, not including taxes and fees, is required to secure a reservation. The remaining balance owed will be collected 60-days prior to arrival. Reservations made within 60-days of arrival date require payment in full at time of booking. Deposits will be refunded, less a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the base rental amount, when notice is given more than 60-days prior to arrival.
