Hodnett Cooper is pleased to present Normandy Cottage, located at 1039 Oceanview. This traditional beach cottage is uniquely decorated in a casual, comfortable, cottage style. Very charming!
This St. Simons Island cottage is situated on a quiet street within a short walk of the beach and Village. The screened front porch is the perfect spot for enjoying the morning paper.
There are two bedrooms, which share a newly tiled tub/shower combination. This St. Simons Island cottage also features a generously sized living room, separate dining room, and kitchen which opens to a small rear yard.
Guests immediately feel warm and "at-home" at 1039 Oceanview. These owners will also accept small pets for a $125 non-refundable pet fee.
Bedding Includes: 2 Queens
Maximum Occupancy: 4 Turnday: Any. Amenities: Charcoal Grill, DVD, No Smoking, Pet Friendly, Washer/Dryer.

Reservations: A valid credit card is required for all reservations. For payment, we accept cash, personal check, American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. There will be a $30 surcharge on all returned checks.
Deposits, Payments, & Cancellations: Daily & Weekly Reservations: A deposit of 50% of the base rental amount, not including taxes and fees, is required to secure a reservation. The remaining balance owed will be collected 60-days prior to arrival. Reservations made within 60-days of arrival date require payment in full at time of booking. Deposits will be refunded, less a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the base rental amount, when notice is given more than 60-days prior to arrival.
