Beach House condominiums, offered by Hodnett Cooper, are located in the heart of the St. Simons Village, directly across the street from beach access. Beach House condominiums are very convenient to shopping, dining, and the beach.
707C is a charming two bedroom, two and one-half bath cottage nicely furnished in casual beach décor. Wood floors and paneling throughout create a cozy lodge-like atmosphere.
The dining room offers seating for six, and the kitchen has been recently upgraded to include new appliances. There is a separate den with a pullout bed to accommodate an extra guest. A balcony off the living room offers a partial ocean view.

Reservations: A valid credit card is required for all reservations. For payment, we accept cash, personal check, American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. There will be a $30 surcharge on all returned checks.
Deposits, Payments, & Cancellations: Daily & Weekly Reservations: A deposit of 50% of the base rental amount, not including taxes and fees, is required to secure a reservation. The remaining balance owed will be collected 60-days prior to arrival. Reservations made within 60-days of arrival date require payment in full at time of booking. Deposits will be refunded, less a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the base rental amount, when notice is given more than 60-days prior to arrival.
