“…the apartment was light and airy and comfortably furnished. The front windows looked out through the foliage of a magnificent oak into the square…”
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a refrigerator with icemaker and filtered water, washer and dryer are provided. There is satellite TV with three commercial free movie channels and many XM radio channels. The small courtyard has a grill and smoking is allowed out there.
The owner’s are historic district residents of many years standing and are available to make recommendations as well as answer all questions. There are no stairs to climb and pets are very welcome. On cool nights, light a fire log and cuddle up on the sofa to watch an old movie.
Around the corner on E. Liberty Street is Polk’s Fresh Market which sells local produce, coffees and baked goods among other specialties. Most weekdays, Mrs. Polk cooks for lunch. The market is also on Paula Deen’s tour.
The apartment is only a short walk away from River Street, restaurants, art galleries, theaters and bars, as well as Parker’s Gourmet Store and Gas Station which is open 24/7.
This is a truly unique and interesting neighborhood with its old-world charm.

One to two bedroom properties: 21 days prior to the check in date for full refund.
Three and larger bedroom properties: 35 days prior to the check in date for full refund.
St Patrick’s Day week: NO REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
Any cancellation inside this time period may result in the full or partial loss of the security deposit provided that we are unable to rebook the property for the cancelled dates. If we are able to rebook the property for the cancelled dates and at the booked rate, a full refund will be given.
