It has a bright airy open floor plan with two baths and a bedroom that is partitioned from the living area by an opening frosted glass wall, allowing the unit to be opened up into one large space. The sitting and dining areas look out onto a wonderful view of Broughton Street, Savannah’s revitalized Main Street, now boasting a wide range of upscale shops and restaurants. The loft was one of 8 homes recently featured on the St. Vincent's Annual Historic Tour & Tea.

This property is ideally situated, one block from both City Market and the Telfair Museum, on Broughton Street in the Historic District. Savannah’s best restaurants, including Gottlieb’s, Il Pasticcio, Lady and Sons, 45 Bistro and Belford’s are all within a few minutes’ walk. The bakery next door will tempt you with their croissants, bagels and bread every morning. The free Historic District shuttle trolley stops just outside on Broughton Street.

Any cancellation inside this time period may result in the full or partial loss of the security deposit provided that we are unable to rebook the property for the cancelled dates. If we are able to rebook the property for the cancelled dates and at the booked rate, a full refund will be given.
