Other amenities include high speed internet, a washer and dryer, a large roofed-in back porch with a fenced in back yard, and off street parking behind the house.
No smoking allowed.

One to two bedroom properties: 21 days prior to the check in date for full refund.
Three and larger bedroom properties: 35 days prior to the check in date for full refund.
St Patrick’s Day week: NO REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
Any cancellation inside this time period may result in the full or partial loss of the security deposit provided that we are unable to rebook the property for the cancelled dates. If we are able to rebook the property for the cancelled dates and at the booked rate, a full refund will be given.
