• 7 to 14 day minimum stays may be required during Holiday Weeks and Winter Season.
• No one under the age of 25 may make a reservation.
• There must be one adult over 25 for every 4 persons occupying the property.
• No vacationing students or chaperoned parties are permitted.
CANCELLATIONS
• There is a $50 charge plus $28 administrative fee on ANY cancellation.
• There is NO refund on any cancellation made within 60 days of arrival date, unless the property is rented for the original dur...
