This house is within easy walking distance to all the island amenities including restaurants, nightlife, bike rentals, shops, and more. Jet skis, sailboats, beach chair rentals, and beach volleyball are located directly in the backyard! The house is also next door to a state park in the middle of the island, which has a childrens' playground and basketball court, amongst other amenities.
The home includes multiple TVs/VCRs/DVDs, complimentary high speed internet, complimentary local calls and long distance, a fully stocked kitchen and an outdoor park-style charcoal grill. Free linens and cleaning (upon departure) are included. A washer/dryer are included in the house for your convenience. The house contains a living room, dining room, kitchen and three bedrooms, each with their own separate baths. Two lovely balconies overlook the Gulf of Mexico and beach. This is not-your-average beach cottage, but is a very high-end property snuggled within a convenient island / beach location.
