If this payment is not received, your reservation will be cancelled. The remaining fifty percent (50%) of the rental fee and applicable taxes must be received within thirty (30) days prior to arrival date.
Reservations made less than thirty (30) days prior to arrival date will require the entire amount of the property rental rate, the non-refundable reservation fee, and applicable taxes to be paid in full at the time the reservation is made.
