The view is picturesque and the sunsets are magnificent. The complex has 2 beach cabanas, beach chairs and a scenice beachfront courtyard with shuffleboard. Their is a large beautiful pool area, with chairs tables and umbrellas as well as a game room with pool, ping pong, air hockey. This 1300 sq. ft. condo has tile throughout and carpeting in the bedrooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave and many other small appliances. The dining area seats 6 people. The unit has stereo, cd, dvd, vcr and wi-fi. This unit will make your vacation a memorable one. Turnday: Any. Rates are based on four person occupancy, $45 per week for each additional person. For a confirmed reservation, a deposit is required, plus exact arrival and departure dates and number of persons in party. Minimum stay is one week. All rates subject to State sales tax.
Deposit: $200 May 1 thru Dec 15: amount equal to one week's rent - Dec 16 - Apr 30. All deposits will be applied as payment for the final days of the reserved period. Refunds of deposit will be made only if the subject unit is re-rented for the full cancellation period. Full payment for rentals of 4 weeks or longer shall be made upon arrival.
Cancellations: 30 days written notice required for consideration of a refund of deposit. $25 processing fee.
Discounts: 10% for 13 weeks occupancy of any unit is applied retros...
