Our Property Management Company, Orlando Property Services, LLC (OPS.etc) will have one of their team at the home to 'Meet & Greet' your party. They will show you where everything is and how everything works. They will give you a key, an electric garage door opener and answer any questions you may have.
When we 'Meet & Greet' you at the home we require an imprint of your credit card for the $300 'Security Deposit' which is simply held (authorized) as a guarantee, for the homeowner, against any costs incurred for any additional services, missing items, or any damage you may incur during your stay in the home.
