A brand new beautifully furnished 2 story home with 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. There is a beautiful Formal Sitting Area, a Family Room with a large cable TV with DVD/VCR and a CD stereo system. All the bedrooms have Cable Flatscreen TV/DVD. You also have the added bonus of having a professional size pool table located on the first floor. The swimming pool and spa are overlooking a beautiful lake.
When you stay in one of our homes you can make unlimited local, long distance, and international calling.
BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
You will be given clear, precise instructions and a map showing you how to get to your vacation home.
MEET & GREET
Our Property Management Company, Orlando Property Services, LLC (OPS.etc) will have one of their team at the home to 'Meet & Greet' your party. They will show you where everything is and how everything works. They will give you a key, an electric garage door opener and answer any questions you may have.
When we 'Meet & Greet' you at the home we require an imprint of your credit card for the $300 'Security Deposit' which is simply held (authorized) as a guarantee, for the homeowner, against any costs incurred for any additional services, missing items, or any damage you may incur during your stay in the home. The credit card company releases credit card security deposits after 30 days. Cribs & High Chairs are available at $25 per week. Grills & Gas are available at $35 per week.
