Guest understands and agrees:
1. That the accommodation is a privately owned dwelling with the owner's furnishings, and neither the agent nor the owner shall be responsible for providing any additional furnishings or equipment not available presently in the unit. Should any major items of equipment malfunction, and the agent is unable to secure timely repairs, an adjustment in rate for the period may be made at the discretion of the rental manager, upon written request for such adjustment from the guest.
