The back bedroom is off the living/dining area, and has a queen bed with private access to the second, shared bath. There is also a king bedroom in the loft accessed by a spiral staircase adjacent to the kitchen area. French doors in the living area open out to the private patio and plunge pool. Casa Louisa has a full service kitchen with all necessary utensils as well as a wet-bar with a mini-refrigerator. New upgrades to the home include stainless steel appliances, full size washer and dryer, granite counter tops, flat-screen TVs, satellite reception, and VHS/DVD. The home has recently undergone a fresh, contemporary, yet cozy restoration with the assistance of local interior designer.
