Your villa is located in Sunset Ridge, a gated community only minutes away from the Walt Disney World Resorts. The villa is a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom executive style. Most rooms have ceiling fans and the villa has a screened pool and deck area for your enjoyment. Upon entering your home you will notice the living room area which is furnished to a very high standard. The family room features Cable TV with access to over 70 channels, a DVD player & a Hi-Fi system and again is decorated to a high standard with a relaxing layout for your entire family enjoy. There is a separate dining area to the side of the living room allowing you to be that little bit more formal should the occasion arrive. The Master Bedroom is situated at the rear of the villa and overlooks the pool area. It features a king sized bed with a en-suite bathroom. The second and third feature a queen and two twins. Another added bonus is the sleeper sofa which you can pull out anytime for a great nap! Enjoy watching the sunrise and sunset from your private pool. The pool also has heating, so no matter what time of year you visit us you can always count on getting into a warm swimming pool. One of the most appealing features of your home is that there are no rear facing neighbors, so you can be assured of a quiet and relaxing dip in the pool at anytime of the day. With the proximity it enjoys to all of the greater Disney World area attractions it represents a tremendous value for your family!
