Each additional bathroom, together with a games room will incur a charge of $5 per stay.
Your departure cleaning is provided upon check-out. Refunds will not be made if cleaning is considered as being unsatisfactory by the guest; however Contempo Florida Holidays will send a housekeeping team ASAP to investigate and /correct the issue if required. Every property is inspected prior to check-in and after check-out and you may be billed if uncommon cleaning is required.
