This home offers a lighted and screen-enclosed oversized private pool and spa/Jacuzzi.

The covered lanai and pool area have two tables, 10 chairs, and three chaise lounges, as well as 160 square feet of extra decking for your relaxation and enjoyment. This area is perfect for alfresco dining. The spa/jacuzzi can be heated. Calabay Parc is a gas heated community--heating the pool above 85 degrees is not a problem.

The pool and patio area faces south, thereby affording virtually all day sunshine. The pool has underwater lighting.
