Home was finished in April 2003. Very spacious home, 6 TVs in the house, one of which is a XL Big screen TV in the living area. Two Master suites, and another King size bed upstairs. Tiled in all bathrooms and kitchen, entrance also.
Kitchen with breakfast area leads thru a bathroom to the pool deck. The pool area with spa is also accessible from the Master bedroom and from the living area. Bedding: 2 King size beds, 2 Queen size, 1 Bunk bed (sleeps 3), on Twin bedroom with two twins.
Turnday: Any.

The rented premises cannot be entered before 04:00 pm on arrival date stated (check-in) and must be cleared before or at the latest at 11:00 am on departure date (check-out) stated on the contract.
Security Deposit
All reservations are due to a security deposit of US $300 per stay. The deposit can only be collected by our offices on arrival. Customer will be asked to sign a Credit Card slip. This will not be taken off Credit Card Holders' account, unless damage to the property has been reported to our knowledge.
