The rented premises cannot be entered before 04:00 pm on arrival date stated (check-in) and must be cleared before or at the latest at 11:00 am on departure date (check-out) stated on the contract.
Security Deposit
All reservations are due to a security deposit of US $300 per stay. The deposit can only be collected by our offices on arrival. Customer will be asked to sign a Credit Card slip. This will not be taken off Credit Card Holders' account, unless damage to the property has been reported to our knowledge.
If the customer is not a credit card holder, we only accept a US $300 cash deposit at our offices, and this will be refunded within 30 days ...
